Bread bags

 

In our offer You will find bags made from the high quality polypropylene film of PP CAST type. They are characterized by high transparency and optimal steam permeability. These features guarantee best bread exhibition and optimization of storing bread process in all stages – from production, through transport and to exhibition in shops. It allows for effective building of a good image and reducing returns of unsold bakery products.  

The offer also includes bags with so called ventilation(maximum 8 holes, 4 mm in diameter) designed for packing not cooled bread and bags with hot micro-perforation for packing hot breadstuff. This solution allows to pack bread with maximum time shortening from production to delivery, and so it makes possible to reach more demanding clients.

For clients using pasteurization we offer bags adapted for heat treatment at the temperature of about 140'C, with the use of 35 micron film and special paints resistant to effects of high temperatures. This solution helps to extend bread life even by 3 weeks, what significantly decreases logistic costs and number of returns.
